18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement

ContentVantage acquires audiovisual content from independent creators. For material classified as adult content, the platform requires and retains, before any payment is made, age and consent documentation for every person appearing in it.

1. Statement

All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct acquired by ContentVantage were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depiction.

2. Required documentation

For each person appearing in the material, the Creator must provide and ContentVantage retains:

• Official identity document showing date of birth.
• A live photo capture of that person holding their document, taken by the system.
• Express signed consent to the recording and to the assignment of the material.
• Legal name, stage name if any, and date of birth.

Records are kept encrypted (AES-256-GCM), with a SHA-256 hash per file allowing any later tampering to be detected, indexed by submission and by person.

3. Custodian of Records

Appointment of an external custodian is in progress. Until their name and address are published here, requests to inspect records should be sent to ${CUSTODIAN.email} and are handled at the registered office of the entity, within five (5) business days.

4. Prohibited content

ContentVantage rejects without exception any material involving minors, lacking consent, or unlawfully obtained. Detection of such material results in immediate account cancellation and notification to the competent authorities.
